Well thanks to The Bearded Wonder I've pulled together some of the FAA's safety brochures for us to review and consider as the weather improves and we fly more. Each is just a few pages in length but it's a good review of the basics and perhaps you'll want to investigate some subjects more thoroughly on your own:

And finally, while most of us won't be tooling along in the upper flight levels, here's a good overview of high altitude flight operations. I especially like the Garmin Auto-Descent function (for those of you who have not used this feature it's the "press any key to continue" function in the Garmin GXXXX panels.
