Trent Tyler from Evansville ATCT is joining us on Wednesday, July 11th to brief the Oshkosh NOTAM. Trent has worked Oshkosh and Sun 'n Fun for many, many years as a controller and can share his experiences with those of us planning to fly to Oshkosh and the satellite airports.

Additionally, we'll have an X-Plane simulator to virtually fly the various VFR routes outlined in the NOTAM. This will allow you a first hand look at what to expect in the air as you "rock your wings."

If you've never flown into Air Venture, this meeting is a MUST for you. If you have flown in previously, this is an opportunity to review the changes. If you are planning on going up IFR, this is also a must attend as the routes, procedures, requirements are quite different from VFR arrivals.
