Anyone know what the correct procedure for reporting UAS/UAV violations?

I was in Florence, KY recently and noticed a UAV flying over UC Health Stadium (note - the Stadium is located of I-71/75 well inside the CVG Class B airspace approx 6.4nm on the 109 degree radial). This puts the stadium in the SFC/10,000 floor of the Class B.

Because we had two excellent reference points in the baseball stadium (sitting 425 ft. from a 90 ft. light pole) we could easily triangulate the altitude of the UAV. Clearly it was above the 400 AGL limit and in the arrival corridor of RWY 27.

Happened upon a Florence cop who stated, "yeah, I saw it too..."

No NOTAM was issued so it was unlikely the operator had CVG ATC approval.
