4th Annual Indianapolis
CAF Warbird Expo '16
Honor - Remember - Inspire
The 4th Annual Warbird Expo 2016 is a two day event filled with Living History, Honor, and Fun for the entire family. Friday June 17th kicks the weekend off with Aviation Youth Camps, WWII Aircraft Ride Opportunities, and our Evening Hops-N-Props event. Saturday June 18th is a full day packed with our Honoring Veterans Celebration, Fly Zone Kid Activities, WWII Warbird Rides, Warbird Aerial Reviews, Various Speakers and Aviation Forums, Plane-Pull and much more.

​The primary goals of the 2016 Warbird Expo are to:

· Gather and Honor veterans
· Showcase Warbirds and American military aviation heritage
· Introduce individuals and youth to all aspects of aviation

Friday, June 17th
8 AM-4PM Youth Camps- Boy Scouts of America, CAP, and EAA
8 AM-12 PM Media Opportunities with WWII Veterans, Reenactors and Media Flights
1 PM-6 PM Public Rides Available
6 PM-9PM Hops-n-props Evening Fundraiser
7:30 PM-8:30 PM Salute to our Veterans Warbird Review Aerial Demo (non-aerobatic)--For Hops-n-Props Attendees Only

Saturday June 18th
9 AM gates open to general public.
9 AM- 5 PM Educational activities open
9 AM – 10:00 AM--GA rides and Warbird rides given by CAF and FBO
10 AM – 11 AM--Veterans Celebration—Keynote Speaker: (Ret.) Major General William Grimsley
11 AM – 12 PM Warbird Review-Formation Flights and Fly-bys
12 PM- 4 PM Various Hangar Forums
12 PM-4 PM Plane Pull Competition
12 PM-4 PM--GA rides and Warbird rides
3 PM- 4PM Warbird Review II-Formation Flights and Fly-bys
5 PM-6 PM GA rides and Warbird rides-Optional
2016 Attractions:
CAF Red Tail Squadron P-51 & Educational Trailer
CAF B-25 & TBM
Approx. 8+ aircraft Ride Opportunities—Downtown Flightpath (near IMS)
Col. Charles McGee, WWII Tuskegee Pilot

Charity Plane Pull
CAF Hops-n-Props
CAF Fly-Zone (Kids Only)
All Parking to be held onsite—Approx. 5,000 spaces
Charging per car-$23 advance, $25 day of, $28 advance guaranteed.
