As Keith says, unless otherwise posted, Ch 21 meets every 2nd Wed 1900 hrs CDT at the Skylane airport. Tonight we will be finalizing plans for Wings & Wheels scheduled on Oct 19th at Dress Reginal airport. Please attend and volunteer your services for this event. Other discussions welcome. I'm volunteering at the Fall Fest tonight but will DEFINITELY be there for Wings & Wheels with my Cessna 172. |

I attended the EAA meeting on 10/9/13. Steve has the plan for what all needs doing to hold a good Wheels and Wings event. The most important thing I remember -- we will need lots of help to run it smoothly. I can see that more volunteers to help with the many activities will make for less strain on few if we don't have lots of helpers. Everyone with a plane can all plan to fly in (weather forecast good) and help with whatever. We will need help early in morning at Skylane (before flying to EVV) where the tables and chairs need to be loaded up for transportation to Tri-State Aero.
