This months meeting, Wednesday, June 14th, 2017 at 1830 @ 3EV will almost exclusively be dedicated to Airventure. We will participate in a webinar to review the arrival and departure procedures. For IFR drivers - I've copied the STMP info so that you can register for a preferred landing/departure slot. It is included in the 2017 NOTAM. You may wish to check that your e-STMP login UID and password are still valid now. See you Wednesday! IFR Arrivals: Arrival slot reservations will be required for all domestic non-scheduled IFR arrivals during the following dates and times: Friday, July 21 through Sunday, July 30, 2017 0700-2000 CDT (1200-0100 UTC). Arrival slot reservations will be available beginning Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at 0700 CDT (1200 UTC) and will not be assigned more than 72 hours in advance. Reservations will not be allocated to OSH during the scheduled hours of the daily airshows, but they will be allocated to the other listed airports. IFR departures: Departure slot reservations will be required for all domestic non-scheduled IFR departures from Wittman Regional Airport (OSH), but not from the other listed airports. They will be required during the following dates and times: Monday, July 24 through Sunday, July 30, 2017 0600-2000 CDT (1100-0100 UTC). Departure slot reservations will be available beginning Friday, July 21, 2017 at 0600 CDT (1100 UTC) and will not be assigned more than 72 hours in advance. Departure reservation slots will not be available during the scheduled hours of the daily airshows. |

Hey IFR drivers to OSHKOSH! The e-STMP web site is now active and lists Sunday arrival slots. We have two for Sunday morning arrival into KOSH; one of which I will release on Saturday morning. If you do not get your requested Sunday arrival slot (they'll fill up fast), please let me know and I'll amend the confirmation for your aircraft. Bill |
