We have a great line-up of Chapter 21 events for the remainder of 2015! Jun 6 - Fly-in (KEHR) in conjunction with Henderson's Day at the Airport, 11-4:00 pm, grilling, guess the aircraft weight contest, live music, and more! Looking for volunteers to man or woman the grill! Jul 4 - Chapter Meeting & Fly-in (3EV) All Day at Skylane Event, 11:00 am - until ???, grilling, homemade ice cream (first come), aviation moviefest, Young Eagle/Eagle Event (11-1 pm) for chapter relatives/friends only. Aug 1 - Chapter Meeting & Fly-in (KEHR), 11-2:00 pm, grilling, cleanest/dirtiest plane contest. Aug 22 - Wings & Wheels & Young Eagles Event (KEVV). Sep 5 - Chapter Meeting & Fly-in (KEHR), 11-2:00 pm, grilling, spot landing contest. Oct 3 - Fly-in & Young Eagles Event (KEHR), 11 - 2:00 pm, grilling & flying! Oct 14 - Chapter meeting at USI, 7-8:30 pm, pizza, aviation careers panel (ATC, corporate, law enforcement pilots, military aviators, CFI - need panel volunteers). Nov 11 - Chapter meeting, 7-8:30 pm, best "close call" story telling contest. Dec 9 - Christmas party, 7-8:30 pm, officer elections (location TBA). Note, some regular chapter meetings to be held at fly-in events. |
