You know, one week of sweltering heat, thunderstorms, mosquitos the size of Cessna's, shoes sticking to macadam and your clothes sticking to (well, everywhere). The noxious smells, noise beyond belief, long queues for food/drink, sunburn, no shade...

I can't wait.

As of this writing it is 7F outside.

P.S.: I, for one, will be returning to volunteer in the Warbirds area and again briefing pilots on the North 40. If you've not volunteered at Oshkosh, please consider doing so. It is both a rewarding and fun experience.
