For those folks planning to fly to Oshkosh this year, there is a very good webinar on EAA.Org/Video Player/Webinar. A Fellow named Fred Stadler explains the NOTAM procedures in detail with pictures for clarity.

There are a few NEW things to know about for those experienced Oshkosh pilots too.
