Post subject:  Declining attendance!
Speaking as the most 'senior' officer:

1. Perhaps relying on the 'Web' as the only method of spreading chapter news or events will be useful in the future but now should not be the only method.

2. In the past, few vehicles arrived with only the driver. Why not car pool?
Pleasant memories come to mind of doing so.

3. Maybe plan to meet with other members at an eatery before the meeting. Could car pool from Skylane? Some go to eat afterwards instead.

4. Try to include a non member. They just might be interested.

5. Be positive! It spreads. It makes one feel better!

6. Looking forward to seeing more of you.

Perhaps we could try constructing a call list dividing it among the officers and calling those not normally attending the evening before asking if they know about the upcoming meeting. And if knowing how.. Memory etc.

That could indicate if the web site is being used..

If appropriate, ask what would entice them to attend.

Just thinking out loud ... :roll:
