Come on out and join us TODAY from 10 - 2PM for our First Saturday Fly-In at Henderson Airport! KEHR enjoys a long runway (long enough that even I can make it in 3 times out of 10), an elevated viewing area, very comfortable digs courtesy of the great folks at Don Davis Aviation and airframe repair services in the event things don't go your way (just kidding). The weather is threatening to be severe clear with the potential for abundant sunshine. Winds are forecasted to be light and variable with a 100% chance of fun. Remind your spouse the "honey-do list" can wait until tomorrow and the grass really doesn't look too long. The Bratwurstmeisters are currently preparing the grill for some most bodacious grilled brats and burgers. So stop by, grab some food and a drink and walk around the ramp at KEHR and enjoy the day. Caution: Pilots are known to exaggerate the following: 1) their flying skills, 2) the numbers of times they've cheated death, 3) the performance of their aircraft and, 4) their technical know-how of all things aviation. Remember - half of what we say is wrong, half is partly true and the third half we're guessing. |
